Policy


1) PRODUCTS:

Any product purchased may be returned or exchanged within 2 days(48 hours) that is in its origional condition at the time of purchase .

THIS EXCLUDES ALL GIFT CARDS, STORE CREDITS, OR PRE-PAID CARDS OF ANY TYPE..

Products rendered defective at the time of purchase will not be sold unless the customer still wishes to have that item, aware of its defective status.

Warranties are available for 2 days from the time of purchase on all items excluding Gift cards, store credits and all pre-paid cards.

Pay-pal, moneygram, western union, and greendot moneypak are accepted forms of payment and standard service fees are applicable


2) SHIPPING

Any product is available for shipping, however the return policy still applies to shipping orders as well stated above under products.

Pay-pal, moneygram, western union, and greendot moneypak are accepted forms of payment and standard service fees are applicable for online shipping.

The customer will not have to pay for shipping unless it is express overnight shipping or a shipping method that incurs additional fees for faster delivery of that product.

Fed-ex USPS or UPS are the preferred shipping services, however, another known Shipping service can be used at my discretion.

Sam's page will not be held accountable if the item is damaged during the shipping process, however I always ensure that the item shipped is always packaged properly with needed protective options such as bubblewrap, styrofoam or any other methods available with or without  the customers request.

The item will NOT be shipped until a form of payment is received.

Once a payment has been received, A tracking number for your package will be provided to you via email or telephone at  the customers request.

Returns will work in the best way possible at the discretion of sam's page and the customer regarding shipping costs, fees and charges.


3) EXCHANGES

Exchanges are accepted as forms of payment IN PERSON ONLY,  and are subject to the discretion of Sam's page.

The above policy applies to PRODUCTS ONLY, excluding services, Gift cards, store credits and pre-paid cards.


4) SERVICES

Payment for services must be paid at the completion of the service IN FULL. Checks and money orders are also accepted as forms of payment.

If the customer feels unsatisfied, a resolution will be applied between the customer and Sam's page.

All Service specials and discounts will be at the discretion of sam's page regarding services.
In the event of a service that has not been rendered effective by the customer, Sam's page will either refund or fix the problem free of charge.
